ÍNDICES DE PRODUCCIÓN Y SU REPERCUSIÓN ECONÓMICA PARA UN ESTABLO LECHERO

No basta con “ver” a las vacas; es necesario “mirarlas”. A las vacas las podemos mirar físicamente en sus corrales, pero también debemos “mirarlas” a través del análisis de sus índices productivos. Y estos índices productivos se obtienen mediante los registros que se llevan en el establo. En consecuencia, el punto de partida para una correcta evaluación de un hato lechero son registros bien llevados. De nada sirve un análisis muy bien hecho si los datos analizados no corresponden a lo que sucedió en la realidad. Y, para que la ecuación de la evaluación funcione se deben juntar estas 2 cosas: buenos registros + análisis correcto. Al decir buenos registros me estoy refiriendo a que sean registros veraces y completos, y no a que se lleven en un formato en papel de lujo o en un cuaderno lleno de colorinches.Downloads
