A 7-month-old female Fila Brasileiro canine patient with elbow dysplasia in both forelimbs is reported. On orthopaedic examination, she presented lameness and pain predominantly in the left limb. Complete radiographic studies were performed according to the International Elbow Working Group (IEWG) guidelines, identifying lesions compatible with an ununited anconeal process, elbow instability, and sclerotic changes in relation to the medial coronoid process. A Computed tomography (CT) scan was subsequently performed, which identified cystic lesions in relation to the ununited anconeal process. Likewise, the CT scan contributed to the diagnosis of so-called medial compartment disease in both elbows and its relationship to degrees of osteoarthritis.
