SEROPREVALENCIA DEL VIRUS DE LA INFLUENZA AVIAR EN BROILERS EN LA PROVINCIA DE HUARAL, LIMA

La seroprevalencia de anticuerpos Influenza Aviar se determino utilizando ELISA (KPL) técnica para analizar 384 pollos recogidos de 36 granjas avícolas en Chancay (Lima. Perú) a finales de 1998 y principios de 1999. Todos los animales habían sufrido de la luz a los procesos respiratorios graves, de 10 a 15 días antes de la toma de muestras. No hay anticuerpos contra el virus de la Influenza Aviar, se detectaron A/turkey/wisconsin/66/H9N2 serotipo, lo que indica que estas aves no han estado expuestos a este serotipo. Le recomendamos que estudios similares de monitoreo prevalencia Influenza Aviar deben llevarse a cabo en otras áreas para determinar su epidemiología en el Perú.Downloads
