Ganaderos lácteos (n=67) en el valle del Mantaro (Junín, Perú) fueron encuestados en lo que respecta a las prácticas de alimentación y los componentes químicos nutricional de 68 alimentos, fueron analizados para materia seca, proteína cruda, fibra detergente neutro, digestibilidad in vitro de la materia seca. nutrientes digestibles totales, energía metabolizable y digestible. Las situaciones de producción Semintensivas predominan (78%) y gramíneas-leguminosas como (94%), principalmente rye grass y trébol (81%), comprenden la mayor parte de la dieta. El pastoreo, complementado con el corte de pasto, granos y minerales dan en los corrales, la principal estrategia de alimentación al (77%), y el maíz es el residuo de la cosecha de uso más frecuente (81%). Se presentan los valores nutricionales de los componentes de la dieta del ganado de diferentes partes del valle del Mantaro.Downloads
