This research was essential to establish the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and. Corporate competitiveness in small and medium companies in the textile and apparel sector. Knowledge management process corresponds to the acquisition, storage and dissemination of knowledge within organizations. Business competitiveness is the ability of a company to produce and / or market goods and services in their environment, under more attractive than their competitors conditions. In essence, it has been shown that the two constructs exists a positive and significant relationship: Increased attention to the dimensions of knowledge management will result in better competitiveness.Downloads
