The meningeal pneumococcal is a disease that occurs relatively frequently among us. The middle meningeal pneumococcal pneumonias are the most widely obsera. The time at which most frequently occurs is winter especially influenza epidemics. Pneumococcal meningeal observed evidence presented with sudden shudder, followed by neck stiffness sign Koerning, anisocoria and coma.
