Abstract

In modern orientations conserving surgery, reconstructive surgery poses chapter, who knows the most important for the future that is in store for him. The only mutilating surgery in principle, has become gradually conservative because the observation made consecutively to see the operation, when the body was not incapacitated for physiologism, invalid perennially average. Was the surgery cineplástica which became apparent impotence of the prosthesis; was a greater appreciation of human capital and the horrific consequences of collective disaster, they did build momentum for reconstructive surgery, today, with the graft and transplantation, exhibited the greatest advances have been achieved in recent times.
