Abstract

In modern orientations conserving surgery, reconstructive surgery poses chapter, who knows the most important for the future that is in store for him. The only mutilating surgery in principle, has become gradually conservative because the observation made consecutively to see the operation, when the body was not incapacitated for physiologism, invalid perennially average.
