Traumatic diaphragmatic hernias

Ectopia pleural intra abdominal organ through an abnormal communication established between the abdominal and thoracic cavities, wound or accidental rupture of the diaphragm, is traumatic diaphragmatic hernias. Established by usage, which does not correspond exactly to the anatomical and pathological characters of this interesting condition Designation: prolapsed abdominal viscera in the thorax occupy the pleural cavity without being coated in any serous sac; the peritoneum and the parietal pleura, torn by "while the diaphragm, do not exist at the level of the gap or hernial ring formed in the muscular septum.
