Locating sites dehydrogenase activity in the different structures of the human ovary, were studied by incubating tissue fragments Neotetrazolium succinate. The results showed: 1.-Mcderada dehydrogenase activity in the stroma. 2.-dehydrogenase activity in the follicular and theca cells of the developing follicle, rising rapidly with luteinization. 3.- No evidence-dehydrogenase activity in bodies found albicans. This method of dehydrogenase activity is related to the assumptions sisters production sites in the ovary, as well as a more general test of cell proliferation.Downloads
