Abstract

Throughout history, the concept of health has been changing, as well as the definitions of public health, individual health and collective health, including health as a fundamental right of citizens. In this issue, Annals of the Faculty, covers various issues related to what would be problems of collective health and individual health. In the first group we can highlight two of the articles that address mental health problems that constitute a serious problem in our country, where more 13% Peruvians have presented a mental health disorder in the last year, their attention being urgent for the diagnosis and timely treatment (1).
