Mr. Editor, Learning styles are conceptualized as cognitive and emotional characteristics linked to biological peculiarities of students who are constantly data apprehension1. Currently there are tools to determine learning styles in the student population, such as the Honey-Alonso questionnaire on Learning Styles (CHAEA) that defines criteria that identify learning styles2. Thus, learning styles are defined • Active: They look for something novel both in experiences and challenges. • Reflective: They prefer to take some time analyzing from different points of view before to conclude an affirmation, they are prudent. • Theoretical: They seek the highest degree of effectiveness and efficiency. They integrate theories according to the facts based on reasoning and objective judgments. • Pragmatic: They strive to relate an affirmation with its application in reality, its conclusions on a subject are based on utility.Downloads
