Hemos leído con gran interés el artículo de Salomón Durand y col. publicado en el último número de su revista (1). Los autores realizan un estudio longitudinal durante la pandemia del 2011, buscando signos de alarma y gravedad según la clasificación de la guía de dengue de la OMS del año 2010. De todos los pacientes, el 37% presentaron algún signo de gravedad, sien-do el signo más frecuente la hipotensión (75,7%).
