Papulopurpuric erythema on sock glove is a rare entity and is mainly caused by parvovirus B19. In general, it is usually benign and other causes such as hepatitis B, cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr, herpes and coxsackie have been described less frequently. However, its association after SARS-CoV-2 infection in children has not been described. The case of a 7-year-old girl is presented, showing that this association is possible, it must be raised as a probable cause of this erythema.
