The University and the State

I had thought to dedicate this article to a count-not-detailed what happened in the Peruvian University in recent years. However, the processes of academic and administrative reorganization shaking its foundations today from several national universities, the various problems that beset higher education, science, technology, and culture, in a country like ours, which challenging faces the possibility of a new and expectant destination invite to change the original decision.
