Cardiovascular disease in Cuzco

Were studied in 4 cases of heart disease Cuzco 3 and one of congenital heart disease with rheumatic mitral stenosis. In the two cases of congenital heart disease, cardiac catheterization who had mild hypertension and pulmonary arterial unsaturation systematic thought corresponded to what happens in man acclimatized to high altitudes was found . The two women operated patent ductus arteriosus living in Cuzco , at 10 years of surgical treatment with normal cardiac functional capacity. One of them has calcified ductus . It can be said that in our 3 cases of congenital heart disease post- tricuspid shunts are born and resistant to high altitude pulmonary hypertension was slight degree , not progressive. The case of rheumatic heart disease with mitral stenosis, which corresponded to Group 4 Harken and severe valve calcification , died 10 months after surgery in heart failure irreducible.Downloads
