Abstract

The case of a patient being treated for a Staphylococcal bacteremia, with all the characteristic clíruco frame, with positive cultures for coagulase positive Staphylococcus Dorado initially sensitive to oxacillin and cephalothin after the show, developed fulminant agranulocytosis after nineteen days Cephalothin treatment.
