Abstract

Biliary surgery has evolved considerably in recent years in its efforts to cure diseases of the excretory system effectively. There and health awareness, many persistent pain syndromes or flare after an intervention in the biliary tract are due to incomplete surgery. Should be provided to the patient's chance of cure in a single surgical procedure, avoiding iterative operations offered healing after prolonged treatment time, discomfort and decreased work capacity; also because reoperations increase the risk and delay the return of the patient to life.
