Síndrome Nefrósico

Cleveland y colaboradores (1) expresaron que los corticoides no ofrecían una eficacia alentadora; que más bien su uso era peligroso por razón de esporádica coincidencia de transición acelerada de la neiresis al estado urémico seco. Galán, GarcÍa, Costales, Blain y Laburdetle (5) estudiaron 187 casos de glomerulonefritis difusa con síndrome nefrósico tratados con corticoesteroides; encontrando 39.8% de mejoría clínica y de función renal que era compatible con un régimen de vida normal. Sensiblemente estos casos carecen de biopsia renal que hubiera permitido un estudio comparativo anátomo-clínico. Lenco y Wasserman (6,7) utilizando corticoides por tiempo prolongado obtuvieron mejoría del cuadro clínico y del cuadro sanguíneo. Brun y Raasochou, Rose, Biornbdo. Gromeson, Iversson y otros investigadores (3, 4) observaron que el tratamiendo del sindrome nefrósico con corticoesteroides determina que el epitelio tubular originalmente bajo se torna alto.Downloads
