Lymphoma of the Nasal Pyramid. Report of three cases

We present three cases of lymphoma of the nasal pyramid. Note their tendency to necrosis , its spread in neighboring territories and the late appearance of distant metastases and nodal involvement ; it also confers individuality cases of long duration, in which the tumor appears to differ on a box with chronic inflammation similar to the picture described by McBride in 1897 features , called necrosis or facial facial Average Average malignant granuloma. Since Professor Weiss published some cases of nasal lymphomas have been very few cases reported in the literature ; frequency may be greater but go unnoticed in inadequate biopsies, hidden by necrosis and inflammatory tissue. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the literature with three " Lymphoma of the nasal pyramid " and draw attention to the need to clarify concepts about the real nature of the dark entity known for many years as a means facial necrosis.Downloads
