Abstract

We have devised a simple method of separation of the ectodermal layer (corium) and ectodermal (allantois) of the corium-allantoic membrane. Involves placing, spreading, membrane fragment on a rubber ball filled with water. Blows air on the surface of the membrane with a rubber bulb is applied until the surface glossy to matte pass, then applies a slide surface against surface and then removed violently being stamped on the glass surface layer epithelial desired. Microscopic observation of the layers. and individualized shows in front view, the histological architecture and structural features characteristic of the constituent cells (cytoplasm, nucleus, nucleolus, cytoplasm inclusions, mitochondria stages of mitotic division, etc.).
