Abstract

There is a group of congenital heart disease characterized anatomically by having a single arterial trunk that arises from both ventricles , riding high interventricular septal defect and will take blood to the systemic , pulmonary and coronary arterial circuits. Dalla Valla moragues and use the term to denote Single Arterial Trunk group heart with the aforementioned common characters and in which regard the Common Arterial Trunk , Trunk Trunk Pulmonary and Aortic Solitaire Solitaire . Maria Victoria De La Cruz, in his study of embryonic stem - channels malformations, shows that congenital heart disease with single arterial trunk represent different forms of alteration in the process of stem - conal septation , where the anatomical similarity derived pathophysiological and conforming nosographic of congenital cardiac malformations Single Arterial Trunk group.
