Abstract

The residents of high altitudes has studied the physiology of the pulmonary circulation, using the technique of right heart catheterization. 38 adults between 17 and 34 years old, and 32 children between 1 and 14 years old were studied. For comparison we carried out a similar study in 25 adult sea level. Prior to this study, a physical examination was performed, chest x-rays were taken, data were obtained I will kill vectorcardiogramas logical and electrocardiograms were recorded.
