Abstract

We have presented a series of 70 cases of hydatid cysts of the lung treated with 77 operations lung resection: 44 lobectomies, 20 segmental resections and 18 operations Velarde Pérez Fontana, no operative or remote lethality. We have discussed the indications for excision operations in pulmonary hydatidosis and we described the surgical techniques used. We have studied in detail the incidents and complications and how to control and prevent them. All operated patients can be cured
