Abstract

Hard work of the historian scholar who requires the least data. Is forced at times to stir a whole mountain of books and then at last, tired and covered with dust, and with aching backs, a sigh of despair. That is the job of the physician investigator happened between us, your task is heavy and arduous. His patience is tested. This is the study of our medical history, undertaken - as Dr. ballasts says - for only some romantic science. Only unwavering faith and ardent love of all that is Peruvian, can bring to fruition studies of this nature.
