La totalidad de los pueblos es aquello que han de representar los diversos imaginarios de una conmemoración que traen a la memoria colectiva los ideales de una nación cuando se quizo independiente. La coyuntura de la Covid-19 es coincidencia tan infortunada como ocasión propicia que devuelve a la sociedad peruana el sentido esquivar o afrontar sus problemas y oportunidades. Por razones etimológicas y epidemiológicas la pandemia nos une, por cuestiones ontológicas no nos halla como un pueblo en su totalidad. En las diferentes miradas expuestas en los textos de los veinticinco autores encuentro meditaciones de hondo significado para encaminar un diálogo abierto y continuo que tenga como horizonte revolucionar el pacto social y la articulación cultural del Perú republicano bicentenario.
