Democracy and styles of political thought. The controversy surrounding the Peruvian democratic transition (1977-1980)

This articule studies democratic transition based on the Peruvian case (1977-1980). So análisis the discussion between tow political tradicions that are usually seen as antagonists (there are others like political régimen, party system and social conflicts, etc.). However, the autor says a closer relationship between two than the distance, that usually say. So, both thinking stylesend up thinking about the same elements that compose democracy, but under a different hierarchy order.
