A qualitative and quantitative study of serum proteins by the method of filter paper electrophoresis, was performed using the systems with and without evaporation. Was quantitatively determined protein fractions of 50 sera from apparently normal subjects living in Lima and 18 apparently normal subjects plasmas Morococha residents (4,540 m. Above sea level). In 30 sera from the first group and the second 13 plasmas has made a comparative study of the chemical method and electrophoresis on filter paper. The latter method proved superior because unlike better and electrophoretic pattern or electropherogram is obtained. The series represents the largest study that has occurred in our country on this issue with the above method.Downloads
