About evaluation of organizational climate and users’ satisfaction in Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño

Le dirigimos la presente, en relación al artículo de Fernández-Oliva y col. publicado en la anterior edición de Anales de la Facultad de Medicina. En el citado estudio de tipo transversal, se menciona que el objetivo fue determinar el clima organizacional y la satisfacción del usuario externo sobre la atención medica recibida en los servicios de hospitalización del Instituto Nacional Salud del Niño; sin embargo, consideramos que estas variables deberían estudiarse por separado o en estudios de correlación, dado que ambos son temas muy amplios y que requieren muchas mediciones (55 preguntas para la primera variable, y 44 preguntas para la segunda variable) de acuerdo al estudio publicado.
