Objetivos: Identificar los factores relacionados con la retención y deserción de profesionales SERUMS, así como las estrategias/ mecanismos de atracción y retención del personal profesional SERUMS que realiza la DIRESA Apurímac I. Diseño: El abordaje fue cuantitativo y cualitativo. El diseño fue transversal, descriptivo. Institución: Programa SERUMS en la DIRESA APURIMAC I. Participantes: Muestra de 41 profesionales SERUMS procedentes de algunas Microrredes y 12 autoridades de la DIRESA. Intervenciones: Se aplicó una encuesta a profesionales SERUMS y a las autoridades de la DIRESA. Resultados: Los tres factores que más destacaron y que incidieron en la retención del personal SERUMS serían la imagen y reconocimiento institucional que con 78,8% afirman estar totalmente de acuerdo y parcialmente de acuerdo, seguido por el ambiente laboral en 74,4 % y la motivación en 61,8%.Downloads
