Abstract

The methodology for implanting a warranty program of quality circles at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos is presented in this paper. The effects toward organizational structure, resource improvement, attention process itself, customer's satisfaction and toward the adaptation of this tecnology in the university leading to the use of quality circles as a participative technique of quality control and a centre of the warranty program of quality in the faculty, are highlighted.
