Abstract

Blood from time immemorial has been the subject of study for researchers eager to unravel the secrets of the human body and its systems . Considered by itself as a fabric , often faithfully expresses the physiological state of the individual. The protein constituents of blood serum substance , represent one of the most important parts of hematic tissue . A study and understanding has contributed countless experiences investigatory work and whose list is not necessary . It was perhaps William Hewson (20 ) , the first to separate the serum fraction isolated by biological means plasma fibrinogen in 1771. Since then they were slowly gaining a body of knowledge , but we can say that dates back just 20 years to this part of the huge progress made in this branch of knowledge. Powerfully have contributed to this : the neutral salts fractionation , electrophoresis and ultracentrifugation.
