Abstract

Currently enjoying universal extension the concept of vitamins, especially vitamin C, which has a number of properties, confirmed some of them, and given the production of works about attributes, I thought it appropriate as a member of Clinical laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine and attached to the National Institute of Andean Biology, investigate the vitamin C content of foods most frequently used by the inhabitants of the sierra region of Central Peru (Huancayo), for deduct it elk vitamin content of their diet.
