The process of innovation in the strategic design of the organizations

Innovation is the process that allows the creation of competitive advantage in organizations,. It is part of the business strategy as source of competitiveness and differentiation. The variable of innovation is incorporated into the strategic design in an iterative and incremental process that integrates innovation strategy within development strategy of the company. This article describes the components of the innovation model that links the possibilities for change with the opportunity to meet needs not satisfied.
