Circuito electrónico para máquina de soldar tipo inversor usando semiconductores mosfet’s para trabajos en zonas alto andinas

En las zonas alto andinas del Perú una de las dificultades que presentan las máquinas de soldar por arco eléctrico del tipo inversor es que trabajen eficientemente en alturas por encima de los 1000 msnm. La mayoría de los equipos que existen en nuestro medio son del tipo transformador de bajo ciclo de trabajo; existen otras máquinas de soldar de tipo inversor que presentan dificultad durante el soldeo debido a la poca fuerza del arco, siendo necesario incrementar los amperajes de trabajo. El presente artículo plantea una solución mediante el uso de semiconductores de tecnología MOSFET con rápida respuesta de conmutación y alta eficiencia.Downloads
