Abstract

One of the important aspects to work a culture of prevention is through a management tool that is the “MHL” method that seeks to make an impact on the executors of decisions: Managers, Headquarters and partners in order to change the current culture towards prevention and thus reduce accidents. The aim of this study was to evaluate the management method “MHL” and its influence in reducing accidents through a culture of prevention and safe conditions acts in the production plants CuSO4.5H2O
