The Determinants of the Basic Metallurgical Industry of Iron and Steel in Peru:2000-2020

Being the industrialization of a fundamental character to enable the sustained economic development of the economy of a country, this review research proposes as a central objective to point out, which have been the determinants of the basic metallurgical industry of iron and steel in Peru for the period 2000-2020, where economic policy is absent for the development of this strategic sub sector, the one that is correlated with the construction industry, the improvement of per-capita income, the migration of the populations from the countryside to the city, frequent telluric phenomena, among others.
