At present most of the zinc flotation circuits of the peruvian mining remilling circuit feature, it can be closed when the remillings return to the general feed of flotation and open when remillings are floated in a cleaner- scavenger stage and the tails go directly to the tailings. This work was carried out on a mill Eagle 4'x 6" with 1.11 in the reduction radius of circuit, was thusable to increase zinc recovery by 2%, with a payback in a period of approximately 3 months.
