Normative coherence in Spanish writing

We reflect on the normative nature of Spelling, understood as the discipline that prescribes the writing of the Spanish language through a set of rules related to the use of letters, written accentuation and punctuation. Specifically, our attention is focused. in the partial and unstable rules and the consequences of insecurity that these entail in the use of upper and lower case letters.
