En los últimos años, la inteligencia artificial se ha integrado de manera indiscutible en diversos aspectos de nuestra vida. Esto se reconoce en el hecho de que la tecnología ya había comenzado a incorporarse en las aulas presenciales. Ahora, la inteligencia artificial se asoma en distintas modalidades ya sea presencial, híbrida o en línea. Javier Muñoz-Balsols, Mara Fuertes Gutiérrez y Luis Cerezo, editores de este libro reseñado, son destacados investigadores en el campo de la lingüística aplicada y la enseñanza de lenguas, vinculados a instituciones como la Universidad de Oxford, la Open University y la American University, respectivamente.
