Abstract

Since the late 60’s the awareness of Peru as a mixed-race and multicultural country has been noted. This situation taken to the urban poetic speech of the 70’s introduces various subjects and new speeches. This work considers these aspects both from the personal testimonies –not as biographic facts but as verifiable memory– and from the reflection on the relationship between poetry and the city.
