This text briefly deals with the relationships between the author and his work throughout the history. It also deals with the right of the one who writes to remain or not as the owner of what he has created. This is exemplified with an analysis of the Quixote which came from the pen of Miguel de Cervantes and the Quixote which Alonso Fernández de Avellaneda published.Downloads
