In the last ten years, there has been a significant increase in the number of research studies that analyze the theses written in Peruvian universities. This phenomenon is especially evident in the health sciences, as evidenced by the various articles on the subject. This boom seems to be an effect of the requirements that Sunedu has imposed on private and public universities as part of the reform process initiated in 2014 in Peru. However, these studies are also a symptom of the changes in educational paradigms at the higher level, which are reflected in, for example, the need to review and reformulate the contents, methods and processes that lead to the submission of a thesis. In this environment, but from the human sciences, the book Nuevos caminos de la crítica.
