Odi Gonzales' tenacious work unquestionably seeks to thread together Quechua history, culture, language and continuity. His reading is stimulating from different points of view. The bibliography speaks of this and his knowledge of the topics he develops is vast, interesting and invites to open spaces for interdisciplinary dialogue. In fact, the book could provoke fights, but also appreciations that can contribute to open the horizon for more studies in the academic field and to enthuse -I hope- a public that grows in number and that seeks to know about Quechua and to learn Quechua or Runasimi.
