La primera novela de Fabiola Pinel fue presentada el 25 de julio del 2024 en la sede de la Alianza Francesa de Arequipa. A dos años de su publicación original, esta obra ha recibido comentarios que resaltan múltiples virtudes en su ejecución literaria y en la remembranza de las subjetividades que participaron en una etapa desastrosa del país. Dada esta reciente difusión en la Ciudad Blanca y las apreciaciones hechas hasta ahora, es propicio sumergirnos en sus profundidades o, por lo menos, vadear en ella para aprehender la propuesta peculiar que ofrece su ángulo narrativo.
