Por medio de los números previos de la revista Escritura y pensamiento, se ha establecido el firme compromiso de difundir nuestra literatura. En especial, el género poético cumple un papel fundamental al expresar, con sus versos, el núcleo de sus cosmovisiones. Gracias a una rigurosa selección, los lectores han accedido al arte literario de autores contemporáneos andinos, aimaras y amazónicos. En esta ocasión, se presenta la poesía amazónica en lenguas originarias, cuyos actuales exponentes florecen en las comunidades donde declaman sus discursos y sentires.
