This article aims to review, analyze and contribute to the conceptualization of post-conflict bibliographic heritage. To do this, we review the studies on the casuistry related to the management of cultural heritage in post-war contexts. In the same way, the theoretical guidelines that define the bibliographic heritage are reviewed to know its conceptual scope and limitations; as well as the theoretical proposals on memory, which allow us to locate in the present the uses and abuses that can occur when valuing the bibliographic heritage. The result of this analysis allows us to propose a definition of post-conflict bibliographic heritage applicable to the treatment and management carried out on books and other documents.
