Abstract

In a period, that gestates retrograde and nostalgic thoughts, in the culture of despair. It is fundamental to analyze the theoretical proposal of Aníbal Quijano on the emergence of a horizon of historical sense. In which the development of another imaginary of the future based on moral values of human justice, comes as result of the transformation responses generated in the same forces and movements of society.

  • Julio Victor Mejía Navarrete, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales

    Docente investigador. Doctor en Sociología. Ejerce la docencia en la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Actualmente es Decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la UNMSM. Fue Coordinador de la Cátedra América Latina y la Colonialidad del Poder de la Universidad Ricardo Palma. Es miembro del grupo de trabajo de Violencia y Ciudadanía del Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO) y ha sido miembro del Comité Directivo de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Sociología (ALAS). Es docente invitado de varios Universidades de América Latina.
