In 2014, all UNMSM research journals were published by Internet in Open Access in the Portal de Revistas de Investigacion with a Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-SA). As of January 2021, the magazines adopted the Creative Commons CC By license.

THE AUTHORS RETAIN THEIR RIGHTS:

a. The authors retain their trademark and patent rights, and also on any process or procedure described in the article.
b. The authors retain the right to share, copy, distribute, perform and publicly communicate the article published in the journal Discursos Del Sur (for example, place it in an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with a acknowledgment of its initial publication in the magazine Discursos Del Sur.
