Abstract

This study concerns as an important natural comparative advantage of our country has become a level of spatial specialization with intensive exploitation of natural and pressure resources in the provision of this primary resource, affecting the survival of the population located in the environment, mainly mining economic activities.

In this regard, article constitutes the continuation of a previousone, reflected no won the ground for a struggle of interests and generation of social conflicts; as well as the already proven reduced capacity of the territory to continue to provide important trenewabl ere source of water; compound ded by the effect of climatic change.
