El presente artículo es un análisis de la problemática agraria desde la perspectiva de la crítica de la economía política señalando que los cambios cuantitativos manifestados en la agricultura tradicional y moderna no pueden soslayar las diferencias de clase al interior del campesinado y lo que el autor denomina "camino terrateniente" frente las opciones políticas que ello conlleva.
